Percy Venturi, a window washer in the greater downtown Timton area and normally a completely normal guy, walks into the pub with a newspaper and a dire need to tell Al (the bartender) all about his day. The odd situation of a confusing newsroom behind the windows up in the air insidiously starts to crack his reality more so than usual.
